For road bike
As far as camera position is concerned, it is better than flex strap and offers more options for adjusting the view. The downside is it is not as firm as the flex strap. Susceptible to shifting if you bump on the camera or when turning Camera on/off.
I decided to use it for road bike and the sturdier flex strap on the Harley. Wish it was as rigid as the flex strap. Would still recommend this over the flex strap on a road bike because it allows camera to be easily adjusted while cycling.

Products Great! But Beware Tri-Bikes!
This is a great Contour mount for Road bikes and Mountain bikes the camera slides in and locks into place, you can mount it about anywhere,fork,handle bars,seatpost, foward or rear facing.
Its well made and very easy to attach with an allen wrench.
Tri-bike(triathlon bikes) riders you will be VERY limited as to where you can mount it, I ride an Orbea Ora and the only place i found was between my aerobars on my stem. I have profile design T2 handle bars and the clamp wasnt designed to go around pancake style bars. Thr front fork is carbon and bladed so again,no luck,rear drops were too skinny, seatpost is bladed & carbon too.
I think im going to pick up another contour and get a helmet mount to coinside with this set-up but the handle bar mount sure is fun and gives a great point of view.

Works well
Attached without difficulty to my handlebars. Was worried I'd get a fair amount of camera shake, but was surprised to find good smooth video quality even on slightly bumpy paths (front suspension on your bike will help here). Fairly easy to slide the camera on and off, and the adjustable tension knob keeps it in place nicely when tightened.
