I was so impressed when my bag and supplies arrived. I did weeks of research before finally deciding on this particular company's emergency pack and I am absolutely thrilled at my decision. It arrived in fairly reasonable time (a little over a week) and when I opened the box I could tell I was going to be happy. The backpack itself looks great and is clearly very good quality. I was amazed at how it looked smaller than I pictured, yet had so much more room for more items! Looking through the contents I was very impressed wiht how everything was very neatly packeaged and organized and items were grouped together in very sturdy plastic ziploc bags (not the brand "ziploc"...these bags were very high quality, thick and sturdy and I will definitely save these bags for use). They included a laminated quick reference guide to basic first aid and even the receipt was printed on thick quality paper, nicely folded and placed in a company envelope. Quality items from a company who clearly takes pride in thier product
For those of you that want a jump start to an emergency back or BOB I would highlight recommend this product. Everything is well organized and packed. It is very clear that this company takes its time packing these bags and does not cut corners. Depending on your intended use, this bag also has plenty of room for additional items to be put inside. I would highly recommend getting one of these for your vehicle. It could absolutely be the difference of life or death for you and your loved ones.

Good amount of stuff here for starters in an emergency situation. A little preparedness is better than none and this bag gets you going in the right direction. Hope you never have to use.
